Today in nurture we had a brain dump session and it was brilliant! We let our thoughts flow freely onto paper, turning feelings into colours, squiggles, patterns, rainbows, words, and drawings. It was amazing to see the creative ways everyone expressed what was on their mind. Sometimes, taking a moment to empty your head and explore your emotions visually can be just what you need to feel a little lighter.

Year 5 were busy making their clay sculptures this afternoon, which were inspired by the sculptor, Henry Moore!
