Reception have been enjoying the story 'Jack and the Beanstalk' this week! We have completed a number of activities based on the tale! #eyfs

During today's Managing Emotions lesson in nurture, we explored the beautiful poem Russian Doll by Rachel Rooney. It inspired us to think about the layers that make up our unique personalities – from our strengths and quirks to the emotions we sometimes hide. We designed our own Russian dolls, celebrating how wonderfully different we all are. Each doll told its own story, just like us! It's okay to have layers; they make us who we are.

Donaldson & Jeffers had a special postcard delivered from the giant today! We had to find the golden eggs in the outdoor area as Jack has stolen them! We then were able to write a letter to the giant to let him know we had found them! #fefifofum #eyfs #earlyyears
